Founding 50 waitlist

The waitlist form collects your name, email address, city or area, preferred contact method, and your explicit choice to be contacted about beta testing. Mobile number, music preferences, availability, referral details, and email marketing consent are optional. A phone number does not opt you into SMS marketing. We record each consent choice and its notice version separately.

Waitlist submissions are encrypted before storage in our server-side intake service, retained for up to 365 days, and available to Ride Vibez administrators. Email is not verified by this form. New signups are marked Interested and are not confirmed Founding 50 participants. A private recovery code can reopen or withdraw a saved submission. If a pending CSV is appended to the official LIVE MASTER spreadsheet, contact Ride Vibez to request changes or removal there as well. We do not automatically synchronize the website intake with Google Sheets or promise a place in the beta.

Email marketing is a separate optional consent. No marketing email or text is sent unless the corresponding service and consent are configured. The signup itself does not claim email verification.

Browsing and favorites

No Ride Vibez account is needed. Favorite stations are stored locally in your browser when you choose to save them. They are not synced to an account. You can clear them below. A temporary browser-memory fallback is used when storage is unavailable.

Listening on YouTube

The website keeps RVR 000 ready and starts music only when you choose Start the Vibe or a station listening button, so audio does not compete with screen-reader speech. You can pause or stop and close the player at any time. A separate link opens YouTube Music only if you choose it. A downloaded file preview requires the local review server or a hosted preview for in-site listening. Loading or using the player connects your browser to YouTube; its own terms and privacy practices apply. Playback may depend on location, the availability of individual tracks, your device, and your YouTube account.

Ride Vibez Radio does not host these recordings, extract their audio, or provide a continuous radio stream. No background playback or ad-free listening is promised. Browsing a playlist does not grant permission to commercially use the music.

Early Viber Profile

Saving sends your name, email, optional contact details, music and festival preferences, experience preferences, social handles, and separate consent choices to Ride Vibez. An optional profile photo stays private with your profile; it is resized and stripped of embedded metadata before storage, and can be replaced or removed. It is not published or used for facial recognition. Profiles are private, encrypted before storage in our server-side database, and never included in public review responses. Hosting and database providers process these records to operate the service. No payment information, precise location, or identity documents are requested.

A private recovery code controls access. A secure, HttpOnly cookie keeps this browser connected to your profile for up to 12 months. Anyone with the recovery code can read, edit, export, or delete your profile; keep it private. An email address alone cannot open a profile, and an unverified address is not proof of ownership. We do not automatically link profiles that use the same email.

Profiles expire 12 months after the latest save. You may withdraw optional consent by editing your profile, or withdraw profile-storage consent by deleting it. Deletion removes the live record immediately; provider backups and operational logs follow the provider’s configured retention. Save your recovery code before leaving. If you lose both the code and your browser session, contact us; recovery requires a separately verified process and is not guaranteed.

Consent choices, timestamps, and notice version are recorded, with the latest 100 choice changes retained. Future app migration requires separate ownership verification and confirmation. Email-update consent on a Viber Profile records a preference only. It does not automatically subscribe you to the separately verified newsletter. Unsaved drafts remain in page memory during navigation, not browser storage, and clear on reload. Festival names are preferences, not attendance or travel records. Optional accessibility and comfort preferences may reveal sensitive information. They require a separate choice to save, are encrypted with your profile, and are not shared with Hosts. Clear the preferences and save again to withdraw that choice, or delete the entire profile. These fields never establish a diagnosis or eligibility.

Station reviews

When the review service is connected, submitting a review sends its station, rating, comment, optional display name, and public-display consent to Ride Vibez. Your name defaults to “Listener.” Reviews are stored in a separate database and screened before publication. Ratings are not verified purchases or verified listening events.

No email address or Ride Vibez account is needed to leave a review. Do not post contact information or private details. Technical anti-spam controls use short-lived, one-way identifiers derived from the connection address; the review record does not store the raw address. Hosting providers may keep their own technical logs.

Published reviews remain until removed. Unpublished and rejected submissions are retained for moderation until deleted. Contact Ride Vibez with your review ID to request removal. Moderation follows the same content rules regardless of the rating. Before the service is connected, the form does not accept or pretend to save submissions.

Instagram and social links

Follow Us links to the Instagram, X, and TikTok profiles supplied by Ride Vibez. Opening a link does not automatically follow an account. The Feed requests Instagram content only after you press its load button. This connects your browser to Instagram, which may use its own cookies, logs, or storage. Close the preview to remove it from this page; this does not delete any storage already created by Instagram.

The profile preview is not a synchronized copy of our social account. No automatic Instagram feed integration is connected in this build, and no social account credentials are included in the public files.

Messages and update requests

Contact, curator-pitch, partnership, update requests and Transport Host applications are encrypted before server-side storage and visible only through the protected Ride Vibez inbox or your private submission code. They expire after 365 days. You can reopen or withdraw and delete a submission with its private code; keep it secret. Consent choices and timestamps are recorded separately. Optional Host profile and car photos are resized, stripped of embedded metadata and stored privately with the application; they are not published or used for facial recognition. Withdrawing the submission deletes its photos too. Host submissions express interest only and require separate identity verification and onboarding before any activation. Previously saved email update requests remain interest records and are not automatically subscribed. App linking remains unconnected. Avoid sensitive documents and financial details. Provider backups follow provider retention policies.

Verified newsletter subscriptions

The separate Radio signup requests a verification email. Opening the link alone does not subscribe you: confirm on the page within 48 hours. Once confirmed, you receive a welcome email and activation announcements approved by Ride Vibez. Fridays are the preferred release day, with no guaranteed weekly release. Founding 50 and profile marketing preferences do not automatically enroll you.

Newsletter addresses, consent notice, consent timestamps, verification status and private email tokens are encrypted in a separate database namespace. Pending verification links expire after 48 hours; newsletter records expire 365 days after their latest consent or status change. Delivery records are retained for 30 days. The mail provider processes your address and email content to deliver messages. Unsubscribe using the private link in any welcome or activation email; it removes your email from the active record and suppresses pending announcements. A message already being delivered may still arrive. Rejoining requires new verification. Old interest records and profiles are separate; their deletion options remain available.

Cookies and measurement

This build includes no advertising trackers or analytics service. Hosting providers may maintain technical request logs once it is published. YouTube may use its own storage or cookies when you choose to start playback. Instagram loads only when you choose its preview. Any future analytics, hosted signup, or other data service needs its own review and an update to this notice.
